It was such a pleasure to capture this couples big day. Tessa and Justin we the perfect match. and there back yard wedding was simply out of this world. I have done many many backyard weddings but this one topped them all just cause of the lighting! I love any type of twinkly light or Japanese lanterns. It made my top three weddings of the summer and when u look at the last picture you will understand why it was such a lasting impression as I left that evening. Congratulations Justin and Tessa!!

Lindsay and Joel made the top three wedding of the summer for they were by far the most laid back couple I had. Lindsay was one of those brides that was amazingly beautiful on the inside and out and soooo easy going. When it comes to Joel well he was just head over heal for his woman! The love is obvious when you see these two. What a fun day with a fun couple and an honor to be part of!

Baby Avi is simply irresistible! With the combo of those gigantic brown eyes, long fluffy jet black hair and mushy cheeks I couldn't stop clicking away. And it helped that this little man knew how to work the camera. And with his mama fun personality we broke out his animal pattered get ups. Too cute.

I'm back!

Well its about time I get back on here and start posting again! I have been so wrapped up in the past six months with doctor appointments and trips to children's hospital while making the day to days seem as normal as possible for my six year old daughter who had to go in for major brain surgery in July. Followed by my mother getting diagnosed with breast cancer and her first surgery was a week after my daughters. When it rains it poors right. Thank god we are now in the recovery period and everything went as smooth as it could have for my little sweetheart. She is so strong and I am one proud mama. My mom has now had two surgeries but things are looking good,with possible radiation to follow but the cancer is cleared for the most part from what we understand.
While I count my lucky stars I have got back at it this month being book solid with weddings and babies. I feel honored to be chosen to take part capturing each and every couples big day. And have a blast doing so. It cant believe how many weddings I book from couple seeing me in action followed by seeing the finished product and then knowing I am who they want to have photograph there day. I feel the love people! So I am off to pick a few recent weddings to showcase and a baby or two too! :)

Do you remember Baby Bobbie from a year ago...

Well she's back and we had the funnest session in studio yet! It was a contained mess tho... I loved it! First we got Bobbie all pretty then we let the girl show us her true colors when she broke into her cake. She wasnt so shy.... I have done cake smashes befor for baby's first birthday and I have to say some are hesitant at first, but not Bobbie. Well here she is all grown up and one years old.

Oh how I love little pumpkins! And Baby H filled all the criteria! ( 9lbs 2oz at birth and a little butter ball of love and cuddles) And welcomed with open arms by mom, dad and two older brothers. This little girls has the sweetest little face I have seen in a long time! Look at those perfect little girly lips and nose and itty bitty chin! I am sure she will grow up to look like her beautiful mama. Her she is at 5 days old!

Yes thats right, I have my very own Spiderman! And boy he is the most little hanson ever! Kyle has had this not so new thing for Spiderman! He truly lights up when he sees a Spiderman toy or any thing really that has to do with Spiderman. So when he saw a spiderman pjs with a hood/mask well how could a mom say no! It was truly the best $15 spent. He lives in it!! No joking. Picture me doing grocery shopping and other running around with Spiderman by my side!!

And you can imagine how thrilled he was when he got is Original Spiderman poster( It was his dads when he was a little guy) framed for his room.

And my Fav!! Oh he warms my heart!! I truly feel blessed to have a little guy as genuine and loving while still being full of beans!!

My Sweet little bean always loves me to do photos of her in the studio, and I follow the same rule as with any and every other child that walks in my studio doors. Fun, Fun and layed back! So as normal I let her do her thing. ie picking everything herself ; the outfit, the music, the poses(with a bit of assistance) And this is what we end up with!

Bday Celebrations- T Family

So the other night I was invited into a clients home to capture two very special people and a moment amongst there celebrations. It was R and her granddads birthday. Evidently the two are close and have a special bond. Almost as special as the love captured in the last picture. I believe they mentioned it is there 60th anniversary this upcoming fall! Oh what I would do for love like that when I am there age!! It truly brings tears to my eyes while making my heart smile!!
